They are extremely simple to make and it only takes about 20 minutes.
What you need:
0.5dl light brown sugar
150g dried apricots
2 tablespoons syrup
3dl coconut flakes (1.5 for the mixture and 1.5dl to roll them in. )
2 teaspoons cocoa
How you make them:
Step1: In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, process the almonds into very small pieces but not powder, about 20 seconds, then add the brown sugar and just combine it. Pour it into a separate bowl.
Step2: mix the dried apricots in the mixer till it looks like a paste, add the syrup and water and mix a little more.
Step3: Add the almonds and sugar, 1.5dl coconut flakes and the cocoa, combine the mixture well.
Step4: Roll small balls out of the mixture and roll them in coconut flakes.
Store them in your refrigerator.
