New York-style Cheesecake

I only need two words to discribe this cheese cake and those two words are creamy and dreamy. This cheesecake melts in your mouth and is really delicious! 
It takes a total of 4 and a half hours but you only have to prepare it for 30 minutes, the rest is oven time. 

What you need: 
15 digestive cookies
50g butter
300g cream cheese
3dl sugar
1.5 dl milk
4 eggs
230g sour cream (if you are in sweden half creme fraiche and half gräddfil)
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
0.5dl flour

How you make it: 
Step1: Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Step2: Grind up the digestives to a fine powder. Melt the butter and combine the two. 
Step3: Cover the bottom of a springform pan with the crumbs and press them together so that it becomes a even surface. 
Step4: In a large bowl mix the cream cheese and the sugar together until smooth. 
Step5: Add the milk and then the eggs one at a time. Mix for a minimum of 10 seconds between each addition.
Step6: Add the sour cream, vanilla powder and last but not least the flour. 
Step7: Pour the filling into the springform. 
Step8: Bake it in the preheated oven. After and hour turn the oven of but leave the cake in the oven for 2 to 3 hours. 

Keep it in the refrigerator until you serve it.
