It's Pancake time!!

These pancakes are the kind that you can eat for dessert or for Sunday brunch, well at least that's when I eat them because they're so sweet! 

What you need: (for 5 portions) 
2 eggs
6 dl milk
4 dl flour 
1/2 dl sugar 
a pinch of salt

How you make them: 
Step1: Mix the eggs and the milk together.
Step2: Add the dry ingredients ( the four, sugar and salt). 
Step3: Let a bit of butter melt in a frying pan that is on medium heat and then pour some of the batter in the pan, about half a dl at a time. Spread it out so that the pancake becomes quite thin. Let it become golden brown on both sides and then you're done! (now you only have to make about 20 more of them..) 

Toppings: Now you just have to choose what to eat them with, you can eat them with fruit, berries, jams, Nutella, whipped cream and so much more! 
When I was little my favorite way to eat them was to just sprinkle some sugar on them but now some of my favorite combinations are Nutella and bananas, Strawberries and whipped cream or whipped cream and raspberry jam.
