1 egg yolk
75g dark chocolate
How you make them:
Step1: Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Step2: Combine the ingredients to a dough.
Step3: Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface so that the dough doesn't stick to the surface. Then with a rolling pin or just with your hands roll the dough out so that it is about 3 or 5mm thick.
Step4: Cut shapes out of the dough with molds or just with a knife.
Step5: Put some baking paper on a baking tray and place the cookies on top.
Step6: Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and then let them cool.
Step7: Melt the chocolate and spread it out on top of the cookies, you can also dip them in the chocolate if you want them to be totally covered in chocolate.
Step8: Let the chocolate harden and voila, you're done!
