Oats for breakfast

So simple to make and so good! 
Oats are healthy and nutritious and if you have cholesterol problems it can help you lower your cholesterol levels. Overall they are great to start your day with and keep you full for a really long time!  

What you need: (for one portion) 
1dl Oats 
2dl water
1 teaspoon honey (optional) 
loads of fruit and berries

How you make it:

Step1: Combine the oats, water and honey in a heatproof bowl and microwave it for about 3-4 minutes.

Step2: Then cut up loads of different fruits and put them on top, my favorite combination is bananas strawberries and blueberries but you can just use any type of fruit that you have at home of they're frozen I recommend you to thaw them first.. personally I think it tastes better then!
