Takes about an hour and fifteen minutes to prepare.

What you need:

400g minced meat
0.75dl breadcrumbs
1.5dl heavy cream
1dl water                            (or 2.5dl milk instead of the water and cream)
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1 thin leek about 1dl (not the leaves)
1 egg
25g butter

How you make it:

Step1: Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Step2: Mix the breadcrumbs and then let it set for 10 minutes.

Step3: Either use butter and butter a oven pan or put baking paper in it (I prefer baking paper then you can just lift the meatloaf out of the pan when its done). I usually use a 8 by 30 pan.

Step4: In a mixer or by hand, mix the ingredients together, first the minced meat and the breadcrumb mixture and then add the rest one by one.
Step5: Spread the mixture out in your oven pan and put it in your oven for 45 to 60 minutes.

Slice the meatloaf in 1cm thick slices and serve with brownsauce, boiled potatoes and some veggies.
