Takes about 3-5 minutes to make.
What you need:
2dl heavy cream
2 tablespoons soy
1 cube of meat bullion (the one from Knorr is great!)
2 tablespoons of flour (optional)
How you make it:
Stir everything together in a pan and bring it to a boil.
You usually serve this to meatballs or meatloaf (anything with minced meat actually) and what I usually do is that if I I've made meatballs I make the sauce it the same frying pan after so that I get some of the meaty flavor in the sauce as well.
If I serve it with meatloaf I stir the ingredients together but then add some of the juice that is left after you've made the meatloaf, makes it taste so much better!
