What you need:
400g frozen fish (codfish is what i usually use)
50 g butter
1 dl breadcrumbs
1/2 dl slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 pinches of salt
1 garlic clove
1/2 chopped parsley
How you make it:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 2: Cut the fish in portion sized pieces (or a size that you prefer) and put the pieces in a dish that you have already smeared with butter.
Step 3: Melt the butter and add the breadcrumbs, almonds, turmeric, salt, garlic and parsley and stir it together. Spread the mixture on top of the fish. I like to sprinkle just a couple of pieces of almonds on top so that it looks pretty.
Step 4: Put the dish in the oven for about 25 minutes and then serve with something netural like potatoes or rise.
